The Bao'an International Talent Service Center (BITSC), located on the second floor of Bao’an Talent Park in Fuhai Subdistrict, was established by the Bao’an District Human Resources Bureau in November 2021.

The BITSC serves as an exchange platform for foreign talents, aiming to build a gathering place for international talents to exchange in Bao’an District. It offers government administrative services such as work permits and residence permits, maintains a Book House for Foreign Experts, and holds various activities on policy and law briefings for foreign talents to better integrate into Bao’an. Additionally, it provides foreign talents, global start-ups and high-end international business teams with office space, and guides on policies as well as services related to employment and entrepreneurship, living, business, and financing.
