The Bao'an International Talent Service Center (BITSC), located on the second floor of Bao'an Talent Park in Fuhai Subdistrict, was established by the Bao'an District Human Resources Bureau in November 2021.
The BITSC serves as an exchange platform for foreign talents, aiming to build a gathering place for international talents to exchange in Bao'an District.
